This is a good overview of how to handle yourself on the road. Some of these techniques such as divergent lanes next to a highway on-ramp are new to me. I would always wait to cross over at the right spot and stay to the side of the road.

Great video - I’d like to have that on every website out there and make it mandatory viewing for all drivers. Lately, I’ve considered it a good ride if I don’t get honked at, yelled at, cussed at or nearly run off the road by a car.
