Petacchi: First Milan San Remo
Not new news, but this story hit the Italian wires today. Alessandro Petacchi is not sure if he will ride the super-mountainous Giro in 2006. The 10 flat stages in the Tour de France seem more tempting everyday that having to slog up the Gavia and Mortirolo. For now he will concentrate on preparation for Milan San Remo and scouting out the roads for the Tour of Flanders.
