Ruben Plaza took a record setting win in the last Time Trial and penultimate stage of the Vuelta.
Second place by .5 or so seconds went to Roberto Heras who shoed that he is definately the strongest rider in the Vuelta. Heras is all but assured victory in his fourth Vuelta tomorrow with a 4:36 lead over Denis Menchov.
