Gas prices got you down? Well in Europe gas prices have always been at sky high levels thanks to the huge taxes added on to the price of fuel. Riding bikes as a means of commuting is much more common. In Lyons, France, they developed a system of sharing bikes that uses networking to get around some old issues associated with shared bikes.
