Looking at Tour de France stage 6 we can see some major examples of Euro style. Here are some pics from Velonews that show some riders wearing white shoes.

Megnin is wearing socks over his shoes, but shows Euro style by wearing all white (even though it is raining) and riding an almost all-black carbon bike.

Stylin’ with DMT Shoes.

Those aren’t Addidas shoes, they are DMT with some magenta and black tape covering the label.
The Kazak national champ is styling like Cipo by wearing one color.
